Why Front Range Behavioral Associates?

After 14+ years of working in various organizations from non-profits, to for profit companies, and starting a family of her own, Michelle decided it was time to bring her dream of opening a behavioral therapy organization to fruition.

Front Range Behavioral Associates is an organization that applies organizational behavior management strategies to its everyday operations. We realize the success of behavioral strategies, so why not use them to create a successful, positive, fun working environment? We use our data to provide us with feedback as service providers, and have a yearly external review by a fellow professional BCBA, of our programs. Once we have served our first client for a minimum of three months, we will have our first Human Rights Committee meeting. During this meeting our committee will review all of our Behavior Improvement Plans, and a random sampling of skill acquisition programs. We believe it is our duty to obtain peer review for our most important interventions. Additionally, we will hold annual consumer reviews, as we believe it's critical to obtain feedback for our services and strive to share our successes with our professionals and implement improvements within three months of these reviews.

Our culture is to promote learning at every level, because being a lifetime learner is one of the best approaches to life, and especially within our profession. Our clients deserve the best services we can provide and we strive to continue to grow, support aspiring behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians, and contribute to the greater ABA community through research and dissemination of our work.
