Michelle, Front Range Behavioral Associates owner, will conduct an initial phone interview to collect information to identify if we will be a good fit for your family. Upon reviewing schedules, goals, and initial background information, an in-person assessment will be scheduled. During this appointment Michelle will interview caregivers to identify the learner's skill strengths and deficits and conduct an initial observation. Once this interview and direct observation is concluded, the initial treatment plan is generated with skill acquisition goals and replacement behaviors. This report is reviewed with the care givers and submitted to the insurance company. Once authorization is obtained from the insurance company behavioral therapy will commence.
